4 Healthy Fabulous Breakfast Smoothies

Hello to all my wonderful readers.!! Hope everyone is doing well since my last post. Sorry I haven’t been consistent lately. I have just been really busy with family and plus I have had a bit of writers block to be honest. But I’m back and hopefully I can be more consistent than I have been. 

Well enough about me. Today I thought I would show you my 4 smoothies recipes that I have been making the lately. 

In the morning I’m always under the pump to get breakfast read, plus something quick and healthy. These 4 healthy morning smoothies are the perfect meal and full of vitamins which will keep my son and I energized until lunchtime.

Since smoothies are full of fresh fruits, vegetables and protein. (really the options are endless.) I mix it up with lots with lots of variety so the smoothies don’t get boring. So here are my 4 fabulous breakfast smoothies which are filled with super foods that start your morning off right. 

So without any further ado let’s get on with these smoothies hey.!! 

 

BANANA & BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup of any kind of milk ( I use either full cream milk or almond milk)

1 teaspoon agave nectar or maple syrup

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon oats

Mix All ingredients in your nutri bullet.

Transfer to a class or jug.

 

CHOCOLATE & BANANA SMOOTHIE

3/4 cup milk (full cream, rice, almond or soy)

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1-2 teaspoons raw or pure honey

1 large frozen banana

1 tablespoon oats

Mix all together in a nutri bullet.

Transfer to glass or jug.

I make this smoothie for my son some mornings and he absolutely loves it.

 

GREEN SMOOTHIE

2 handfuls of baby spinach

1 cup of pineapple

2 bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup of water

Sometimes i put 1/2 pineapple and 1/2 green apple instead of just all pineapple.

Mix all together in a nutri bullet.

Transfer to glass or jug.

 

MANGO & BANANA SMOOTHIE

1 1/2 cups frozen mango

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup of milk ( your choice)

1 Tablespoon raw or pure honey

1/2 cup oats

2 Tablespoons oats

Mix all together in a nutri bullet.

Transfer to a glass or jug.

 

Well there you have it these are the most common smoothies I have been making over the past 2 weeks, which one is your favorite.?  

Just ever since I got my nutri bullet I have been going crazy with making smoothies. So hence the post. I know it’s not what I usually post, but I really hope you enjoyed it and hope everyone has a fantastic day where ever you may be.
