6 Diy Sugar Scrubs for Beautiful Skin


Hi everyone.!! Hope all of my beautiful readers are all doing well.? Today i thought I would put together some sugar body scrubs to make your skin feel good and glowing.  In Australia we are heading into winter and I suffer from dry skin and these sugar scrubs will do exactly that.

Well without any further ado let get on with these DIY sugar scrubs shall we…


1/2 cup coffee grounds

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup brown sugar

In a large bowl combine coffee grounds with the coconut oil and mix vigorously until it’s all mixed together .

Add the sugar and mix until well combined.

Transfer the scrub to an air tight container. Absolutely love this body scrub it smell amazing.!!



1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup olive oil

3 Tablespoons cocoa powder

3 drops of peppermint essential oil OR 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract.

In a large bowl combine both white and brown sugars and the cocoa powder, mix until combined.

Mix in the coconut oil and olive oil, stir until well combined.

Add the peppermint essential oils and mix in well.

Transfer to an airtight container.



1/2 cup himalayan pink salt

1/2 cup white sugar

1/4 olive oil

3 drops lavender essential oil

3 Tablespoons almond oil

In a large bowl combine the pink him salt and the sugar together until mixed well.

Add the olive oil, lemon zest and the almond oil and mix all together until will combined.

Transfer to an airtight container.



1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 Tablespoon lemon zest OR lemon essential oil

1 capsule vitamin E oil

In a large bowl combine the both white and brown sugars and mix together.

Add the coconut oil and the lemon zest or the essential oil, mix well until all combined.

Transfer to an airtight container.  All these sugar scrubs are great for any skin type. Plus great for the skin, there are no chemicals.



1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 Tablespoons almond oil

1 Tablespoon honey

1 Tablespoon orange zest OR essential oil



1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil

Dried rose petals

3 drops rose essential oil

In a large bowl mix together the white and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the coconut oil and the rose essential oil and mix together again until well combined.

Cut up the dried rose petals and sprinkle on top, when you use the scrub mix it in.

Transfer to an airtight container.


All of these sugar scrubs I have made and used in the shower and they absolutely make your skin soft and supple like a baby’s bum. It has done wonders to my dry skin.     I love any scrub with sugar and coconut oil in it. Recently i got a coffee+sugar+coconut oil scrub as the Mothers’s day gift from my daughter’s child care. And honestly, that was the best scrub i had ever used in my life! Thank you for sharing the proportion of each ingredient! I really needed this!
