4 Healthy Fabulous Breakfast Smoothies

Hello to all my wonderful readers.!! Hope everyone is doing well since my last post. Sorry I haven’t been consistent lately. I have just been really busy with family and plus I have had a bit of writers block to be honest. But I’m back and hopefully I can be more consistent than I have been. 

Well enough about me. Today I thought I would show you my 4 smoothies recipes that I have been making the lately. 

In the morning I’m always under the pump to get breakfast read, plus something quick and healthy. These 4 healthy morning smoothies are the perfect meal and full of vitamins which will keep my son and I energized until lunchtime.

Since smoothies are full of fresh fruits, vegetables and protein. (really the options are endless.) I mix it up with lots with lots of variety so the smoothies don’t get boring. So here are my 4 fabulous breakfast smoothies which are filled with super foods that start your morning off right. 

So without any further ado let’s get on with these smoothies hey.!! 

 

BANANA & BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup of any kind of milk ( I use either full cream milk or almond milk)

1 teaspoon agave nectar or maple syrup

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon oats

Mix All ingredients in your nutri bullet.

Transfer to a class or jug.

 

CHOCOLATE & BANANA SMOOTHIE

3/4 cup milk (full cream, rice, almond or soy)

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1-2 teaspoons raw or pure honey

1 large frozen banana

1 tablespoon oats

Mix all together in a nutri bullet.

Transfer to glass or jug.

I make this smoothie for my son some mornings and he absolutely loves it.

 

GREEN SMOOTHIE

2 handfuls of baby spinach

1 cup of pineapple

2 bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup of water

Sometimes i put 1/2 pineapple and 1/2 green apple instead of just all pineapple.

Mix all together in a nutri bullet.

Transfer to glass or jug.

 

MANGO & BANANA SMOOTHIE

1 1/2 cups frozen mango

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup of milk ( your choice)

1 Tablespoon raw or pure honey

1/2 cup oats

2 Tablespoons oats

Mix all together in a nutri bullet.

Transfer to a glass or jug.

 

Well there you have it these are the most common smoothies I have been making over the past 2 weeks, which one is your favorite.?  

Just ever since I got my nutri bullet I have been going crazy with making smoothies. So hence the post. I know it’s not what I usually post, but I really hope you enjoyed it and hope everyone has a fantastic day where ever you may be.

    I am a huge fan of anything chocolate and banana so definitely will be making this one. Also, have you ever thought about adding peanut butter to a smoothie.. it’s one of my favorites, especially for an extra dose of protein! 🙂

      Yeah I sometimes add it to my sons smoothie. But not mine, I unfortunately can’t eat peanuts.

    These all look fantastic I must try them all! However I am pretty sure my favorite will be the chocolate banana because it’s chocolate….LOL

    Mmm delicious. Banana and berries is my go to fave – I like your other ingredients on that one though. I think my favorite of your recipes has to be banana chocolate. McDs in the UK has banana milkshake so I’d ask them to mix choc and banana mmmm. No banana flavor here in the US though 🙁
